Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak periods or if additional age verification is required.

Shipping Locations

At this time, CUVANA ships to select locations within the United States where sale and shipment of vapor products are permitted by law.

If we are unable to ship to your state or address due to regulatory restrictions, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and depend on the carrier and service selected. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Age-Restricted Deliveries

For certain jurisdictions, shipments may require adult signature upon delivery, in accordance with local laws. If required, an adult of legal age at the shipping address must be present to receive the package.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs and any applicable handling fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a shipment error is attributable to us.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, or unavailability of an adult signature where required.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or delivery failure, we may offer to reship it at your expense, or issue a partial refund minus shipping costs, depending on the condition of the returned items and applicable regulations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Review tracking details and any delivery photos (if provided by the carrier).
  3. Contact us at customerservice@cuvanaecigar.com with your order number and details.

We may file a claim with the carrier and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
